We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change any spa service to avoid a 100% charge.
We do not have RMT’s on staff to provide medical reimbursement receipts.
We do not provide prenatal massages – please advise if you are pregnant.
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that guests do not bring children under 10 to the spa, as their unpredictable noise levels can disturb others relaxing spa experiences.
